The Minor Navigable Waters Elimination Program (MNWEP) is currently reviewing regulations pursuant to the Minor Navigable Waters Decimation Act. (MNWDA) At this time, the proposed Minor Works and Waters (NWPA) Regulations are still being developed.
Transport Canada has obfuscated as much as reasonably possible in the draft attached below... Typically there may be significant changes in the wording of certain parts before it is in its final form and ready to be pre-published in Part I of the Canada Gazette
Still, They are are seeking input from stakeholders and interested parties.
They want to see if any body notices by March 18, 2011.
